Penderels Trust is delighted to announce we have successfully retained our place on Birmingham City Council's Direct Payment Support Services

This ongoing partnership underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support, helping citizens across Birmingham manage their care effectively and live independently.

Under the renewed contract, we will continue to provide essential support services including:

• Advice and guidance on Direct Payments
• Personal Assistant (PA) recruitment
• Payroll and HMRC services
• Managed Accounts
• Insurance and DBS checks
• Support for Personal Assistants

The contract commenced on 1st February 2025, and we have already started mobilisation to ensure continuity and a smooth transition for our customers in Birmingham.

We are pleased to be working alongside Ideal for All and PeoplePlus, who have also secured their positions on the framework. We look forward to working collaboratively to ensure high-quality service delivery for Birmingham citizens.
