Services in Flintshire

There have been some changes to the way direct payment support services are delivered in Flintshire.  Direct payment users can choose who provides their payroll or managed account service from a list of Approved Providers.  Penderels Trust is an Approved Provider.  If you already use our payroll or managed account service, you can continue to do so. If you currently use a different provider for these services, you can choose to change provider and we would be happy to provide these services to you.

Direct Payment Support Services

Direct Payment Support Services are now being provided directly by Flintshire Council, not Penderels Trust.  Any requests for direct payment support should be directed to:
