We hold regular online meetings for direct payment recipients in Coventry. Our meetings are virtual so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Everyone is welcome and you can just sit and listen if you prefer. A member of our Coventry team will host the meeting and can answer any questions you have. Please see below to download our flyer which includes the dates and times of our meeting. We also send an email to all direct payment users in Coventry that we have an email address for as a reminder. If you have an email address but haven't told us what it is, please email coventry@penderelstrust.org.uk and we will add you to our mailing list.
Coventry City Council is doing some research on direct payments. Below is a short survey for people who receive a direct payment from them. The survey asks questions about your direct payment and what your experience has been of using a direct payment to meet your care and support needs. The survey can be completed by the direct payment recipient or someone on their behalf. It is anonymous and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Please access the survey here: https://forms.office.com/e/nRFwBUFTTr
We encourage as many people as possible to complete this survey as it is important your voice is heard as recipients.
