About the Employer

The post is to support myself . I make use of a wheelchair and have a number of chronic health issues.  I need help with aspects of personal care and assistance to enable me to live as independently and fully as possible at home 

Summary of Duties

> To carry out basic domestic duties in the home

> To provide personal care

>To drive my small automatic Wheelchair adapted vehicle for appointments, visits, shopping etc.

 >To be able to identify any issues/risks that may affect me

>To be proactive and communicate any ideas that could enhance my day to day living

>To undertake any training I deem necessary or appropriate for the role

The Times Required

Actual days and hours are to be negotiated at interview stage

The post will include 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (pro-rata)
