To support a 29-year-old male, wheelchair bound with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bone Disease). To help with everyday living, and be able to stay safe and happy in his own home, and also whist out in the community.
To provide basic domestic duties in the home. Help with personal care, including support to have a bath twice a week. Support in local trips, e.g. Supermarkets, Post Office, town centre and on occasions home town football games, plus the odd day trips out
Be able to provide good quality of care and support. Be able to work as a team. Be trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, patient, a good motivator, good company, a good sense of humour and be able to talk about anything.
You will need a clean full driving licence.
Any necessary training can be provided.
09:30am to 8:00pm Thursday and every other Tuesday, plus flexible for extra shifts if needed.
