Aim: To provide for a support to a 48 year old gentleman living in his own home. You will join an existing team of PAs and be willing to cover the other PA’s annual leave and sick leave enabling the individual to remain living in his own home.

This is a social and personal supportive role for a middle aged man with a muscle wasting disability. He has restricted mobility so requires help with personal care and assistance in attending medical appointments.
Interests include, XBOX gaming, meals out, shopping and watching sport.
Assistance with meal preparation and feeding.
Assistance with housework.
Dressing / undressing
Showering and personal hygiene

Driving is preferred but not essential at the moment as employer can currently drive but requires some assistance via use of a wheelchair when out and about.
Ideally we are looking for someone with a good sense of humour, chatty but sympathetic during periods of low mood.
