To support an active, friendly, easy going a young man with a learning disability, to live life independently through learning new life and social skills. To a commitment to a service which provides support to vulnerable individuals and which is respectful, encouraging and which is according to the individuals needs and wishes.
To ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Enjoys activities such as walking, cinema, museums, general places of interest bowling, going to café/meals and any other activity identified by family.
To engage in a range of activities that are empowering.
Support at swimming when usual P.A is unavailable to cover this
To drive and be proactive in sourcing social activities in and out of the community in Warwickshire.
To facilitate and support the individual in decision making, promoting choice, involvement and control.
Support and be pro-active in planning day to day activities including meal breaks.
Support to promote healthy eating and well-being.
Good health and fitness.
Able to work flexibly.
Able to follow instructions accurately from employer/employer’s appointed representative.
Good sense of humour.
Willingness to participate in training for the job role.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer/employer’s representative immediately. You must record all details in the accident book.
You have a duty to report defects and/or hazards which may give rise to an accident.
Patience and empathy.
An enhanced criminal record bureau check will be required.
Legally entitled to work in the UK.
Full clean driving licence.
A full disclosure Barring Service Barring (DBS) is required.

Friday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
