Hourly Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours per week: 14 Hrs per week for permanent employee, no regular hours for Casual P.A as role is to cover sickness and annual leave taken by permanent employee

About the Employer

I am a young, bright, intelligent female adult looking for people who really want to work in the care world. I am offering 2 job places to support me with personal care, domestic support and social activities

First job placement is to: Become my main personal assistant to support me in my daily needs and social events. 

Second job placement is: to be my personal assistant bank staff to cover the hours of annual leave, bank holidays and sickness when my other personal assistant is off.

The hours and days are set so they can not be changed.

About the Role


Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with household chores and general homemaking.
• Support and/or prompt to attend appointments as necessary, e.g. hospital/doctors.
• Support with food shopping.
• Support the individual to look after/care for pets.
• Assist and encourage socialisation, participating in activities.
• Promote and encourage friendships and independence.
• Develop a good and trusting one to one working relationship.
• Support with managing paperwork & correspondence.



The individuals needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.

You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately. You have a duty to report defects and / or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.

Required Training
Successful candidates are required to undertake any training that is considered necessary and appropriate to the role.

Moving and Handling. Training will be provided by the employer.
