I am a 28year old male who suffered a traumatic brain injury resulting in damage to the frontal lobe. I have memory issues, initiation, motivation, epilepsy and vulnerability due to this invisible disability. However, I am kind, friendly and have an outgoing personality.
I live independently with a high level of family involvement.
Sleep support which will sometimes include social support. Promoting independence and risk assessing at all times
Preferable level 4 in brain injury or qualifications/ experience in brain injury and epilepsy. Must be outgoing, bubbly personality. Experienced in supporting and undertaking rehabilitation programmes. You will liaise with family, friends and advocates to provide a consistent approach to promoting my independence.
10pm to 8am – with flexible social support
Monday to Friday and some weekends (flexible) could be job share
