You are required to support a Gentleman living in Louth who has Parkinson’s.
You will be required to support with all domestic tasks such as meal preparation, washing, ironing, and cleaning.
You will be required to assist with the application of medication patches.
Support with social inclusion and involvement in the community, such as leisure activities.
Support to go to appointments
Assist with personal care.
Ideally, you will have relevant experience in this field of work or hold an NVQ in Health and Social Care.
You must be of a good nature, trust worthy and kind.
You must have a clean, full driving license with access to a vehicle. You must also be willing to use the gentleman’s vehicle for social inclusion activities, when accessing the community.
You will be required to cover a morning call for an hour at approx. 8am. Monday- Friday
Hours for the social inclusion are to be discussed at interview. You may be required to cover the carers hours when on holiday and to work bank holidays.
