I am a five year old girl living in Helpringham who attends a main stream school.
I have very complex health needs and have a tracheostomy fitted. I need support with my personal care, peg feeding and general day to day activities.

Administer my medication
Keep records of my daily activities
A support worker who should be hardworking, reliable, honest, patient and be committed to the role.
I am looking for a female personal assistant who has an interest in working with children. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a child with complex needs to gain experience within this field of caring and education.
I am looking for a flexible and caring person who will fit in with my needs and the needs of my parents and siblings.
Flexibility would be an advantage to cover holiday and sickness.
Would suit student studying childcare, educational psychology, or those looking for a career in nursing or caring.
Full training provided by parents, team leader and paediatric nurse.
You must be able to drive, have a full licence and access to your own vehicle as you may need to transport me to appointments.
A DBS check will be required for this position.
Weekday afternoons p/w at 4 hours per shift, from 3pm to 7pm – including picking up from school when required or waking nights to work either 10pm to 7.00am week nights or 10pm to 8am on Saturdays, cover needed as and when so flexibility preferred.
