About the Employer

I am a severely disabled young woman, completely dependent on others for all my needs. I live in the south of Lincoln in the family home. I require personal care 24hours a day 365 days a year.


Summary of Duties

Day Shifts : To provide me with personal care support in a dignified, sensitive manner, ensuring health and safety procedures are implemented at all times.  To ensure that a professional standard of care is established and maintained with particular regard to my physical wellbeing. A detailed care plan is in place.

To ensure that all general day to day domestic tasks are carried out as needed.  You may be required to assist with basic food preparation. Also, at times you will be required to accompany me on social/recreational outings and medical appointments.


The Person They Are Looking For

On the day shifts, you will be working as part of a team of other pa’s in this role.  Two members of staff on each shift.

No previous caring experience is necessary.

You should be hardworking, reliable, honest, patient, kind and caring, sensitive to my needs and be committed to the role. You should respect my things and environment at all times.


The Times Required

On a 7 day rota with my other staff on day shifts ( Generally between 8am to 10pm).
