Female Support Worker

Location: Dunholme, Lincoln, East Rate of Pay: £67.50 per night and £8 per hour. Increased rate of time and a half for bank holidays.

About the Employer

You are required to support a 97 year old lady, who has limited hearing, anxiety and short term memory loss, but is mobile with some support.

Summary of Duties

You will be required to support the lady with all aspects of personal care and to support her through the night. This will include washing and dressing her to get her ready for the day the following morning. 

The Person They Are Looking For

The successful candidate(s) must be willing to be introduced to the role gradually over a period of time to build up to the hours. Initial contact may therefore be required during the day. Specific days and times will therefore be discussed at interview in relation to this.


You will need to have relevant previous experience of working in this field of work


You must also hold an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, as a minimum.


Ideally you will also have relevant training in recognising and dealing with characteristics of Dementia.


The right candidate must also be kind, calm, gentle and patient; be reliable, have a good eye for detail and have a sense of humour.

The Times Required

10pm – 7am and 7am- 9am
