I am a boy of 11 and live with my mum in Stratford.
I have Asperger’s syndrome and ADHD so I am very active and like to be on the move most of the time.
I do not like loud noises or crowds.
I like to do sport under my own terms, enjoy cooking, swimming and I am a very good mimic. I enjoy watching YouTube videos and classic TV. I like the company of males.

Penderels Trust is a support service for individuals living independently in the community and will therefore not be the employer. You are employed by the individual concerned.
Keep me safe at all times.
To be aware of where I am and what I am doing.
Ensure doors and windows are locked when I am at home.
Make drinks and snacks and light meals (my mum will direct you regarding what I can eat in my diet).
Ensure you stay with me at all times when I am drinking and eating as I can choke so I need full supervision during this time.
Support me to go out in the community and access local activities and events.
I need support to cross roads safely.
You need to have a flexible approach to meet my needs.
Be patient, supportive, caring and positive with a good sense of humour.
Be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
Knowledge and experience of working with children who have Asperger syndrome and ADHD is desirable.
Clear communication skills.
Able to remain calm in stressful situations.
Flexibility and good availability.
The ability to think on your feet.
